Yummy Mummy Fingers

Dorothy and I were calling these mummy fingers but when Phill tasted them he declared that they were yummy mummy fingers 🤣

This is another simple Halloween food idea that makes a great snack or part of a meal if you serve them with soup.

You will need

Ready to roll puff pastry

Frankfurter sausages

Method

  • Take the pastry out of the fridge about 15 minutes before you intend to cook
  • Preheat the oven to 150
  • Rinse the frankfurters and pat dry
  • Cut strips of pastry approximately 1cm wide
  • Use your fingers to thin out the pastry – no need to roll
  • Wrap the pastry around each frankfurter and squish the ends together
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown

These yummy mummy fingers are delicious hot or cold so they’re great to make up and put in the fridge ready for when the little monsters get home.
